I have a UHF Visar handheld 450-520mhz split that I think has a problem with
the VCO locking higher than 460mhz. It does great from 450-460mhz has 3+
watts in that range and then unlocks at 460.025 and nothing after that. I'm
not going to get into it so if someone wants to give it a try, you're more
then welcome. Comes with antenna and battery.

Let's say $65 obo and I'll pay shipping and eat the paypal fees if using
