WTB: 2M FM xcvr

Maybe is not best place to ask---
is for a new ham with little money, lives in rural area,
he needs 5w / 25w fairly late model mobile radio.
What ya got to offer at reasonable price?
Cosmetics not 'that' important but it needs to be OK working.
