Default Reciver Connection

Can I add a T connector to an lead of a four port amplified combiner for a
fifth receiver.

Transmitters are separate different combiner.

Assuming there is no DC voltage on any of these, and assuming you are
willing to put up with a small amount of loss, then yes.
