"Waves of Average Power is an oxymoron since waves move and power doesn`t." OK, I`m a sucker. I apply power to one end of a transmission line and power results at the opposite end of the line. Power did not exist at the far end of the line until it was transported there by the line. The line moved the power from the 1st place to the 2nd place. It moved!
