Since the folded dipole is balanced and the 500 ohm terminals on the receiver show they are unbalanced, the 1:1 balun should suffice. It seems you will be going from 300 twinlead (balanced) to the 500 ohm terminals. 450 ohm feedline with a 1:1 balun is yet another option ...
