It's a forgery. Reverse DNS of the IP address yields:
dialup-4.255.242.103.Dial1.Atlanta1.Level3.net

Well, we know he's in the Atlanta Georgia area. He's using Google
Groups to post his forgeries. Google is terrible about responding to
usenet related problems. If you want to persue it, you can probably
email a complaint to his ISP at:

Note that you can also email the Google groups admin to have the
forgeries and follow ups that include forgeries removed. I've
received email from Google requesting my permission to remove one of
my postings that quoted a forgery. My guess is that it's a liability
issue. However, the email arrived something like a year after the
forgeries were posted, which may be an indication of Google's response
time. The problem is that I can't seem to find any information on
exactly how initiate the removal procedure with Google. If I find
anything useful, I'll pass it on.
