Have you actually read the anguish of Moses trying to keep those people together just so they could have a future? Clearly God stimulates their anticipation of the future but doesn't give any more detail than what is necessary. Clearly more information is given than what they understand until the event comes to pass. It becomes clear (although some seem to embellish) that God intends to lead them forward with His complete timeline knowledge. |
