Run the Ladder line to near the entrance of the PVC, and then use a
BALUN, to COAX, for the run down your PVC, BUT remember: PVC stands
for: PIPE VERY CROWDED! Jim NN7K

Thanks for the great advice. I will leave the ladder line for another
day, another route from attic to basement.
