got an amp but need to kick it harder. I have plenty recieve. Working off an
inverted V.

A 3 element vertical with a rotor would be more efficient. But
a y quad or pdl 2 style beam would be better for dx/ local. Inverted
V will handle a kw, if it's tuned...so many choices.

I agree leave it alone, unless you know what your doing. Even then just
Yanking out Mod. Limiter will just increase your spurious emissions
(Splatter) Increase.

Removing the ALC limiter will cause distortion
There are other ways to increase output WITHOUT causing distortion
If you do not have or know how to use an oscilloscope then you need to have
a professional do the work
