30m will do well also in the off years but it is a CW and data mode only.

You're also limited to 200 watts max on that band too, regardless of
license
class or mode.

That is true although you can work all over the world on 30M with 5 watts of
power on that band. Have done it and have DXCC-QRP -- 5Watts
