For those who do not know, CADS is a recently proposed service which
would allow religious groups to broadcast their services on one of the
CB bands here in the UK. It was initially put on a one year trial, in 4
UK cities, but that was extended for another year. Now, it is also
extended to some towns.

We have had cb preachers for as long as I can remember in the states
including roving portable churches pulled by semis.
