Once again Win-EQF fills the bill. It can either way, mouse or keyboard.
Keyboard input is simple and direct. Another nice touch is the hot key
system it has, lets you jump to a particular place on the screen. As an
example, at any time while logging press the Alt-G key and you are taken to
the Grid Square block.

It will, like lots of other logging programs, let you design your own
contest setup also. Nice if you do a state QSO party that does not have a
standard format.
