Default Back to the vapourware.

Having now sold off the 16mm garden railway, time to pick up the
threads of machining for my 50-year-long RX project!

I was considering the possibility of mixing an si570 VFO with
an Eddystone-type tuning dial, which would mean a 4096 Gray
coded disc so that when power is re-appllied, the si570
can be retuned approximately right!

Why did you sell off the railway? Sounded like you'd spent a lot
of time building that up.

My guess is he needed the cash.

The chap who bought the lot was especially interested in that bridge!

However, the Bath Stone tunnel mouth is still there, although I doubt now
that
I will continue with the Bath Stone turrets and crenellations to make it
look like the entrance to Twerton Tunnel (always worth a google)
