Now, it's that you were licensed at least 25 years ago. But growing up, I'm pretty sure it was that you had to be licensed a quarter century. Imagine my surprise when I qualified in 1997 that either it had changed, or I hadn't taken proper note, because I was no further ahead than someone who had been licensed the same year and let it lapse.
