As to the following, you armchair lawyers love to find passages in the
regs and apply them out of context. For example, reading the following
makes me think that the FCC has erred every time they've fined Howard
Stern and when they fined all the stations after the Janet Jackson
brouhaha.


The ONLY content they are allowed to regulated under the law, even that
one is obscene and indecent material, and that's it. As long as it not
obscene or indecent the FCC can't regulate it.
