Default Recommended Method for PCB mounting of Toroidal Coils

Hmm... that doesn't really seem that much easier than just using a glue gun in
the first place, is it?

Personally I'd also worry about detuning due to having the coil sitting right
on top of the ground plane like that, but I suppose that if he's manually
aligning everything anyway it doesn't really matter.
