I'm curious and there has been some mention of them on the Antennex.com website. I've not heard of the OUTbacker until you mentioned it. A quick check of the local ham radio stores (www.radioworld.ca and www.durhamradio.com) showed no listing for this manufacturer, so there probably aren't a lot of them installed up here.
