First, I have always wanted to meet Dick Carroll, just to see if his
head was misshapened or if he suffered from Napoleans affliction, if
he has that MO twang, or if he like guns as much as I do so we could
quit sparring over the code.
I'd like to mess around in Dave Heil's shack an see what he's done
with those low band loops, or if he prominently displays my KH2 QSL
card on his wall, next to Martii's. I imagine my thought of him being
smug would disappear - it may be an artifact of me reading his posts
on the web.
Len, well, what can I say. He's been my mentor for years. Never
afraid to jump in with both feet, but more caustic than Drano. Few
have dared to go there - but you're one of them.
