Default RRAP Darling...

Callsign: KC0MUB Class: Technician Codes: HAI USA
Name: Valentine H Germann
--------------------------------------

He was gonna learn the code. Said all the right things, even battled
the evil NCI hams.

The Morse Code sychophants all gathered around to slap him on the
back.

"Val is what's right with amateur radio today!"

Why no follow-up?

Val seems nowhere to be found. He also posted in some Amateur Astronomy
groups, but early 2003 seems to be the latest.

Why don't you follow up from here?

Fun facts:

If a Technician passes Element 1 (5 wpm code) but not Element 3 (General
written), their license database entry still says "Technician" because Fcc does
not issue Technician Plus licenses any more.

Existing Technician Plus licenses are being renewed as Technician. In about 5
years and 7 months there should be no more Technician Pluses at all due to this
fact.

So it is impossible to tell whether someone with a Technician license has
passed the code test simply by checking the database.
