If he narrowed it down to say 15 or 20 kcs then he might have to
actually show up, but this way he if dosen't show up and when you claim
you couldn't find him he could say you just didn't look in the right
part of the band. I listened and scanned from 14.200 to 14.350, heard
lots of stations in 9 land but never heard toddyboy. Bet he never
transmitted.
