Sorry about that, it will be up and running tomorrow Sunday, 30 at

4.00pm

CST

Gawd almighty.....the child broadcaster can't even keep a wire in the

air

and he is expecting to make an impression. What a flippin loser.

And don't bother with a comeback Toad....your out of your league.

Dan/W4NTI

Maybe Toddy boy is afraid that some of the newsgroup hams will show up
on frequency and challange him and ask him to acutually defend his
claims. Wouldn't supprise me if his antenna is still down tomorrow.
I will be listening.

I didn't write down their call signs I will rebroadcast the program Thursday
and Friday afternoon all I can tell you sport is listen up then maybe you
hear me. As for frequency I will not designate any frequency because I don't
want some licensed CB Operator or amateur radio operator inbreeds claim they
were on that frequency first or claim interference. I scan the band and pick
an unused frequency good hunting

"I scan the band and pick

Excellent practice Todd! Congratulations. You are clearly a step above
that nutcase from Maine, K1MAN, who doesn't give a damn who he maliciously
jams when he starts up his crapcasts.

73,
Chuck...

You just raised yourself to a higher than acceptable standard You
might be the first ham to broadcast news without taking over a
frequency to do so.

In all sincerity, I commend you for your courtesy. Having been
bombarded by both ARRL and K1MAN while in a QSO, I have a bit of a
chip on my shoulder when it comes to broadcasts on the ham
frequencies. I hope you continue your practice of finding a clear
frequency for your broadcasts. If I hear you some time, I will listen
to it.

I think that many amateur operator think that; that someone running a
information bulletin get on a frequency that's in uses and begins
broadcasting. However, this is not true. As I stated I look for a unused
frequency and I call three times if the frequency is in uses. I know K1MAN
or W1AW doesn't do that. The second problem is Amateur operators who have a
problems with information bulletins that are opinionated.which is a
different issue.

Aren't we all?

I don't keep up with the League's schedule or frequencies, nor
K1MAN's. I find a clear spot and transmit. It seems that many times
the frequencies were clear because I was the only one that didn't know
the League's schedule. On the other hand, K1MAN tried to take over
the GA SSB Net frequency every night at net time. His "research"
showed that that was the only logical frequency for his broadcast,
which he repeated several times daily. Additionally, there was a
station that began broadcasting "code practice" 24 hours a day on the
CW QRP calling frequency. I am a Christian and Bible believer, but
calling it code practice doesn't justify the means. Several others
have come and gone over the 26 years since I have been licensed. Like
K1MAN and the League, they started their broadcasts on a set frequency
at a set time without regard for QSOs in progress.

Opinionated? Well, like Pavlov's dog, I (we) have been conditioned.

Thanks, again, for your courteous approach.

Don't the rules require a control operator to be present for the
broadcast? You might double check that.
