Jim Miccolis has NEVER called the putz anything BUT "Len" or "Leonard" or any other abbreviation of his name that Lennie didn't himself use, yet Lennie's pelted him for YEARS with NUMEROUS diminutives. You have too, yet I have NEVER seen Jim refer to YOU as anything except "Brian", "Burke", or by your callsign. We'll start with you. Once you've reformed, we'll work with Jim. There's nothing to work with with Jim. He's already establsihed a track record of NOT calling people by diminutives. He doesn't do it to Lennie...he doesn't do it to Mark or you. So...What's YOUR excuse for doing it to him? Like I said, we'll start with you and when you've shown improvement for some period of time, we can move on to Jim. Jim may take only a minute or two, but I'm trying to be inclusive here. My duty as a friend to Len and good citizen of RRAP is now satisfied. No...Your duty as a "good citizen" will be done when you publically state, and then STICK TO IT, your intent to not initiate or perpetuate the use of diminutives towards people who don't use them on you. I call you "Steve" at least 99% of the time. And you mimick Lennie's diminutives. And Frankies. I "mimick" nothing. I call Jim by his name more than 99% of the time. I do slip up once in a while and refer to him as Quitefine. I wonder why I do that? Me too. But I wonder WHY you call him "Rev Jim", "Jimmie", "Reverend Jim" AT ALL, Brian. You're not paying attention to attributions. I've ceased calling him Rev Jim because of his unRev-like bahavior. I do not call him "Jimmie" He's never done anything similar to you that I am even remotelya ware of.... I was through with Jim when he said that a Morse Code test would be a barrier to Morse Code use, then tried to reneg on it. Yet it is precisely true and is what I've been on here about. Now Jim is only about being Len's adversary. He's run out of substance. Now what do you call me? As of yesterday, I'll call you Brian until you slip back into some other practice. There is no other "practice." The things I have posted today are Quitesimilar the the things that I posted last week. It is you who must reach for a higher standard. A year ago I called you "Brian"...I did slip a couple of times and immediately apologized for it... A year ago.... And Yes, Brian, I will do the same for you, effective with THIS post...assuming you do and continue the same. Otherwise, it's right on back to the mudslinging. I don't beleive you. We've gone this route before. Yet I continue to call you Steve and you continue with the diminuitives. "believe" Yes we HAVE gone this rout before...And when you started back in on the diminutives and mistruths, I asked you point-blank if that's what you wanted. You indicated you "could take anything you can hand out".... The diminuitives AND the mistruths. The diminuitives are posted by other people, but the "mistruths" part... That's where this whole thing is going to fall apart. You don't have a good concept on what constitutes the truth. OK...We played your game. Tired yet? You're exhausting me, Steve. I don't know how much longer I can keep this up for. We'll see how long you last this time. No... We'll see how long YOU last, Brian. Steve, K4YZ Steve, I have no problem being civil with people on RRAP. Been doing most of my time here. Like your concept on truth, you have trouble differentiating between me and other posters on RRAP. |
