i've suspected for a long time that rf contests were effectively an
"anatomy" measuring contest.

my observations last week of the allegedly more-clued-in cw operator left
me with the definite impression that there is a growing number who couldnt
care less.

i wonder if any of the contest rules actually ban operation on 14100 ?

if yes, which ones...
i think its time for some check-logs to be sent in.
