He does have administrator access to PHPBB itself, but the popups are either in the html or part of the template, which he cannot edit (no ftp access) The pop-ups are just a way for the host to make money, the users cannot remove them.... Anyway, anybody with a bit of common sense would just install a pop-up blocker and leave it at that.. Im using google pop-up blocker and I didn't even see any until you mentioned it... |
