PRO 95 EDACS Programming

I'm new to trunk tracking and recently bought my first trunk tracking
scanner. However, I'm not sure how to program the 800 Mhz bands into
my scanner. Can I program the talkgroup #'s (ie 04-021) or do I need
to program the frequencies. If I do the freqs how can I asociate them
with the talkgroup numbers?
