Hello to all:
I thought I read a few months back about a companion-type handheld scanner to Beartcat's analog 246T called something like the 346 which would have trunking, near-field capability, and have digital? I can no longer seem to find any details about it. I read it was supposedly due sometime next year (2005) and I thought it was odd that Uniden would put a new digital-capable scanner which would compete with its analog counterpart so soon after the analog version would be coming out. Anyone have better insight to the digital version? If you could, please also CC me on replies - Thank you. Scott |
