The legal way to do it, would be shielding. Any type of jamming, over an
area that large, I think would be illegal, under FCC rules, and regulations.
That being said, fire up one of those old Golden Eagle CB's from the South,
with a 2KW linier...that should do it! LOL!!!

Perhaps if you could give more information about what you plan on doing
(end results) the members of this group might be able to offer
alternatives?
