I used to read them Vigilantes comic books,back in the 1950's.Ever since
then,my opinion of Real law is VIGILANTE LAW.

No, that is not it. SAP in Spanish offers a signficant new audience for
English langauge TV. SAP in English offers little or no benfit to Spanish
TV's. SAP is not a requirement, so the incentive is purely economic: more
salable viewership. Since there is no return on investment for English SAP,
no station will do it.

Is it a crime that the rest of the world just wanted to know what your
people were saying? It's like your saying don't worry about it, it's
none of your business. Then again who cares. LOL
