Default QUESTION - Why the H*ll Don't the Spanish Language Radio andTV...

My very first night at Tan Son Nhut.Next morning,Helicopters to Can
Tho.(go look it up) I was looking around,by one of those old dried out
not working street fountains in the middle of a street in Can Tho.A
Vietnamese guy about sixteen or seventeen years old (I was twenty two
years old at the time) walked over from somewhere.I knew not his
language and he knew not mine.He knew enough words of the English
language that we could converse,Intelligently.
