THE FCC - Dismisses several pending Petitions for Reconsideration and
Petitions for Rulemaking that asked, inter alia, the Commission to
reconsider the adoption of iBiquity's in-band, onchannel (IBOC) system as
the technology chosen for DAB transmission;
