Default 10 meter beacon
Just noticed a ten meter beacon on 28221 khz. WK4DS in Trenton, GA.

From your messages headers, I suspect you are in the NYC area?

See if you can hear the KA0PSE beacon on 28218 kHz from Duluth, MN.
