I have never heard of this on domestic radio, SW, or numerous news
sources on the Internet.

What do you not understand?

He starts with Bush shredding the constitution and provides a link to
where Bush is quoted calling a reporter an asshole.

I know you don't have the mental capacity to follow a non sequitur but
