It's painfully obvious to all here that you were clueless as to which
debt/deficit was being addressed. Otherwise, you wouldn't have asked,
right? De facto admission of *your* cluelessness!

Personally, I think that the "surplus" that was "supposedly" left to the Bush Administration is
merely a fabrication by either the former Clinton Administration or the Liberal/Democrats.
