Tuning, sensitivity, selectivity are excellent. I live in southern Arizona, and on any given night, I listen to San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Oklahoma City, etc. I'm about to get an SRF-59. BCB DXers are using them and raving about them, calling it "ultralight DXing." The SRF-59 does tune all the way to 1700 kHz. I used to have that site saved but I don't have it anymore. Kind of like the Lowbander of the 394 and everyone (six-seven people I think) really noticed a difference or so they said. I really don't know how much more you could jack that up for performance though or if you would even want to. {?} |
