Let me see if I understand you correctly...

1) You say if a President uses US bombs and civilians are killed, that
means the President is a "War Criminal".

2) George W. Bush started the Iraq war and *he* freely admits to the
death of 35,000 civilians (yes, I know many say it is 5 to 10 times that
number, but he up front admits to 35,000).

3) Therefore, by *YOUR* own reasoning, G.W. Bush must be a "War Criminal".
