Default Mod required for my Roberts RC818

I don't know if there is a mod available (probably not, unless one can
engineer one), but on LW band this RX is 2Khz out on it's frequencies. It
correctly jumps 9Khz spacing, but it steps a 150 - 155 - 164- 173- 182 -
191 - 200 ......It should step: 150 - 153 - 162 - 171 - 180 - 189 - 198 Khz.

(Don't know why it starts at 150Khz!)

Anyone know if it's feasible to adjust the frequency 2Khz lower on LW? You
may have to be a whizz-kid :c)

I think I may have to ask the manufacturer.

Failing that I'd need a schematic and some technical help.

I can tune 1Khz steps on fine tune, but it would be convenient to hit the
channels when tuning.
