Seeing as the new plan has not yet been implemented, this would presume
that you are referring to what we have 'today' -- Medicare -- which does
NOT deny coverage because of pre-existing conditions.

If you are referring to the new, not yet implemented universal health
care, one of the widely touted features of this plan is that you would
NOT be denied coverage if you had a pre-existing condition.
