Maybe so, but Camping was smart enough to find people stupid enough to
donate 18.3 million dollars to his "church" last year.

They interviewed one of his acolytes on the radio and she said she was
sitting in her back yard, praying for the end of the world because she
had money troubles.

Possibly her "money troubles" would not have been quite so bad if she
hadn't given her money to that quack.

Once again to paraphrase H. L. Mencken, "You'll never go broke
underestimating the stupidity of the American public". Camping obviously
took that advice to heart.

Joe - it ain't hard to find people stupid enough for this in America
2011. Camping had easy pickins'.

Sorry, looks like you are wrong again...

How quickly you forgot about the improvements to the health care system.
Millions of people previously without health care now have more than
their previous choices of either overloading the ER or being put out on
the curb to die.

How quickly you forgot the two saved auto companies and tens of
thousands of jobs that were saved. Both GM and Chrysler paid back most
of their debt to the government...and today GM is going to announce
1000-2000 new jobs. (So much for those turkeys that whined about the
bailouts.)

But hey, if you call those "nothing", this is America, you are entitled
to your opinion. Heck, you're even entitled to be a kooktard troll.

False prophet by definition.

It depends . . . Especially in times of uncertainty , such as now ,
people need good news and encouragement and instead of it we hear more
and more apocalyptic voices . 'Half-man , half-pig ' .

2.6 Hz is sub-audible frequency for humans . Some animals like
elephants and whales can hear it , not us . It is time to consult them
and see what is up this time . I don't hear a thing .

It is perceived as a train of impulses. Humans have no problem sensing
it; they just don't perceive it as sound.

In a time when life is evermore difficult, and the world has
become not only more complex, but dangerous, the promise of paradise
is attractive to those without the resources to withstand tough times.

And as we continue to dumb down the population, there will be a
virtually inexhaustable supply of fools taken in by these charlatans.

Doggy doesn't hear that HAARP machine crankin up either.

Isn't there some kind of ELF (Extreme Low Frequency) receiver available
that can be used for listening to the Earth? I think Art Bell or George
Noory used to advertize such a device.

U.S.Military has something like that for transmitting/receiving
signals.

The World didn't end yesterday, will not end today, maybe tomorrow.

We probaby need somewhere between 25 and 50 million jobs ... when they
start creating millions of jobs a year, you are going to see some kind
of improvement ... until the "improvement" is meaningful, don't even
wake me up!

A bandaid on a bullet wound might be an improvement, if the patient
dies, it wasn't enough of one ...
