Especially in times of uncertainty , such as now , people need good news and encouragement and instead of it we hear more and more apocalyptic voices . 'Half-man , half-pig ' . |

Millions of people previously without health care now have more than their previous choices of either overloading the ER or being put out on the curb to die. How quickly you forgot the two saved auto companies and tens of thousands of jobs that were saved. Both GM and Chrysler paid back most of their debt to the government...and today GM is going to announce 1000-2000 new jobs. (So much for those turkeys that whined about the bailouts.) But hey, if you call those "nothing", this is America, you are entitled to your opinion. Heck, you're even entitled to be a kooktard troll. |

We probaby need somewhere between 25 and 50 million jobs ... when they start creating millions of jobs a year, you are going to see some kind of improvement ... until the "improvement" is meaningful, don't even wake me up! This 50 million figure is enough jobs for every American PLUS every illegal immigrant including the kids. We have NEVER had employment levels like that - nor will we until we have unprecedented demand for the goods and services those jobs would produce. Bruce Jensen |

Bruce Jensen There are 350 million+ citizens, there are millions of illegal aliens. The top of the bell curve of the population numbers lands right in the employable years ... We need MILLIONS of jobs. 2000 jobs in my city alone would not even be noticed ... Regards, JS |
