I think it's fascinating that he imagines that everyone who disagrees with him is in the upper 0.1% (presumably of income). Boy, did *he* get a wrong number... Ya... I work for a living. I did until I retired. And I never came even close to the upper 0.1% of income. I never even approached the median. -- Bob C.
