Please illustrate for the class what Romney says that makes you think, and I use that particular word with great caution, Romney meets that defintion. Or is that you are just so brainwashed you can only puke up the buzzwords like a Pavlovian parrot? "Corporations are people, my friend" Corporations are formed to insulate people from the implications of their commercial action and to limit the potential downside to the individual. You can't be a person if you can't be punished. |

While your defintion describes corporations, and we understand you don't like corporations, it in no way defines or describes facism as it was practiced in the early 20th Century and is pretty much an insult to the victims of it. But hey if repeating the usual blather works for you... -- Words of wisdom What does not kill you... probably didn't cause enough tissue damage. |

I use the word exactly the same as it was used in the 1930s because it is the proper word. I am not just idly casting aspersions. Sexism, nationalism, religious fervor, militarism, machismo, voluntary stupidity, private armies, brownshirts at political rallies, etc. It's all happenning now, in 2011. Obama's a fascist, too, if that makes you feel any better. |
