I wish I had known before I mailed it out.. ![]() to you.. I have no problem with the wait time.. It just would be nice to know if my radio was even recieved.. It is just HORRIFIC customer service, and I've been very patient.. Why would Grundig recommened shops that don't give a damn about their consumers? To be honest when I called Grundig, they didn't seem to give a crap either.. The guy I spoke too sounded liked he just took a bong hit.. (Which isn't a bad thing unless my radio is at stake..lol) |
