There's no reason to use Netscape, either. They've neutered the anti-
popup features and a few others to make it more palatable to AOL. Use
the real Mozilla or Firebird instead.

Not with the old version I am using. Just turn off Javascript and no
pop up ads.

Don't get the latest versions of anything, including operating systems,
unless you like getting viruses and spyware all the time.
