In most cases, the commercials that he is referring to are ones like those
embedded in the "Fox News" television audio feed that XM simply
rebroadcasts.

In the context of nationwide radio advertising. But I'm not real
familiar with sattelite radio. So, how much nationwide advertising is
on sattelite radio?
