Ex-WSU coach pleads guilty.

CEDAR CITY--A former Weber State University professor and debate
coach was ordered to pay a
$550 fine after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana and
drug paraphernalia in 5th Circuit
Court Tuesday.

Michael Bryant accepted a plea agreement from Iron County
prosecutors that dropped the charge of
obstructing justice.

On Oct. 6, Bryant and another student were found in a motel room
with marijuana, Bryant, who
was with the team at a tournament, resigned from Weber State
shortly after.
