Criminals are other African-Americans. White-Folks can help

actually deal with the real problems within itself and make
the changes necessary to Renew and Heal Itself.

MWB - The Local Communities in the USofA, which are make-up
of peoples of All Races serve their Citizens well. In the
USofA the City Police and County Sheriffs are 'integrated'
deal with the Issue of Crime within their jurisdictions.
