Can anyone offer any comments on this medium wave antenna ???
http://www.ccrane.com/am-antenna.asp I know I always hated hearing this till I've started my own, but make your own BCB Loop Antenna. :-) Cheap -somewhat easy, I have a little problem with my arm/hand now so it takes alittle longer. But type in Loop Antenna in google and you'll get all kinds of info. From me to you, the simplest and IMO the best way is to make you a PVC Loop JUST FOR the BCB. You can make a stand for it to sit behind/around in front of your receiver or like in my case, I have a turn-table (lazy susan) and have my loop literally mounted onto the back of my table. With PVC, you can paint it if you want, make it be able to tilt (which I have found is soooo important) I can literally (if my table was just a tad higher) I could spin the loop around in a circle-like upside down...lol. You can't beat it in my opinion. Good luck in what you do. :-) ~^Monitoring The Spectrum^~ Hammarlund HQ129X /Heathkit Q Multiplier Hammarlund HQ140X Multiple GE P-780's(GREAT BCB Radios) RCA Victor *Strato- World* RCA Victor RJC77W-K(Walnut Grain) 1942 Zenith Wave Magnet 6G 601M Cathedral/ Ross#2311/Rhapsody-MultiBand DX100/394/*SUPER*398/399/402 OMGS Transistor Eight/Realistic 12-1451 Henry Kloss Model One/Bell+HowellSW ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Alpha Delta DX Sloper 57ft. 500ft. 12AWG.
