Suffice it to say that I've read it online via several sources, and I took it
upon myself to contact two of the amateurs who were involved in assisting the
FCC in tracking down Yosemite Sam.

I'm fairly certain that at some point the FCC will release some information
regarding their enforcement action. It is in their hands now.

You can believe that or not, but Yosemite Sam was indeed busted on February 16
around 1800 MST, 0100 February 17.
