Default 2-24-05 Quote of the Day ?

I was listening to Joyce Riley this morning on 9985 and they began
discussing the Michael Jackson trial. The jury has been seated - and
contains NO BLACKS. It's almost as if someone is deliberately setting
up the situation for a MIStrial instead of a trial or for getting it
later overturned, no matter what the verdict. In relation to the above
situation Joyce said,

"Where else can you be born a BLACK BOY and grow up to be a WHITE WOMAN?
... Only in America!"

I'm not a real fan of Joyce's though I feel she presents some VERY GOOD
information from time to time. Not that this is typical of the
information she provides.

So? What does that have to do with it?

This was also deleted and gives the answer to your question. I don't
know WHO disallowed the seating of blacks on the jury. It could have
been the prosecutor thought they might vote a block vote FOR Jackson.
It could be JACKSON, or his attorney, didn't feel he could get a fair
shake from the blacks because of his apparent desire to distance himself
from the black race, and the male gender I might add, by 'becoming' a
white woman! That is, if Joyce's quote was based on fact! There are
four males and eight women on the jury, if memory serves me correctly.

Besides, Jackson isn't black anyways.

I thought that point was made in the part you deleted. His DNA might
say otherwise, though. Didn't I quote Joyce as saying, "Where else can
you be born a BLACK BOY and grow up to be a WHITE WOMAN? ... Only in
America!"

I just thought some of you may be interested in what the Talmud has to
say on the apparent Jackson situation. It follows:

"
TRACT HAGIGA (HOLOCAUST).
CHAPTER I.
REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE HOLOCAUST, AND THE APPOINTED TIME FOR THE
PEACE-OFFERING.

MISHNA: All are bound in the case of a holocaust except a deaf man, a
fool, a minor, and one of doubtful sex (ατμητος) and one of double sex
(androginos), and women and bondsmen, the lame, the blind, the sick, the
old, and he who is not able to go upon his feet.
"

Not related to Jackson case, but aren't some of our CRIPPLE GIs getting
called back up for service? I think I heard they are!

Mike,

I'm so sorry. Did I not mention that I heard on shortwave radio at a
frequency of 9985 KHz in the last half of the first hour of Dave's &
Joyce's program, The Power Hour, http://thepowerhour.com/, the subject
come up relating to Michael Jackson's trial and sexes? If I failed to
do so I sincerely apologize.

OTOH, On The Other Hand, if I did mention it came from shortwave and you
deleted it to make your comment seem more appropriate then I think you
might want to consider likewise. ;-)
