It's called Google. For questions like this in future, may I respectfully request you add some useful information, like where in the world are you? And what frequency are you hearing this beacon? didn't think of google. not really a computer sort here. "just below the BCB" is best freq I could come up with as it was on a GE super radio III 73 Greg |

QSLing a navigation aid is done, but from what I understand tends to be
unpredictable. The first step is finding an address for whoever is responsible for the facility. Then send a report and hope. Some folks do, some don't. It is probably similar to QSLing airliners or military aircraft - sometimes it works; but odds are against it. I've never tried either but I know of people who have had some success and even some folks who have been the operator and responded. But it really is a gamble.
